Type: Hybrid - Contract - Inside IR35 / FTC
Duration: 6 months
Note: Looking for candidates from UK only.
Skills:
- 7–10+ years' Project/Programme Management experience delivering complex business and technology transformation.
- Strong techno-business orientation, with the ability to engage confidently with both business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Proven experience managing multi-vendor, cross-functional delivery.
- Strong planning, RAID, dependency, stakeholder and delivery management skills.
- Experience across the full delivery lifecycle: requirements → design → build → integration → test → deploy → hypercare/BAU.
- Strong ownership mentality – drives outcomes rather than simply tracking and reporting status.
- Excellent communication, influencing and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in Hospitality, Retail, F&B, Digital Commerce, POS, Order & Pay, Payments or similar customer-facing transformation programmes would be highly desirable.
- Exposure to POS, digital ordering, payment, inventory or other enterprise platforms would be advantageous.
