About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Techno-Functional Business Consultant with a strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. The ideal candidate should have a good combination of functional business knowledge and technical understanding, along with experience in Organization Change Management (OCM) and user training.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand business processes, requirements, and challenges.
- Provide techno-functional consulting across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Support the implementation and adoption of Salesforce solutions.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and work closely with technical teams.
- Support Organization Change Management (OCM) activities throughout the transformation/implementation lifecycle.
- Develop and deliver training sessions for end users and business stakeholders.
- Prepare user training materials, process documentation, user guides, and supporting documentation.
- Conduct workshops, demonstrations, and knowledge-transfer sessions.
- Assist with user adoption, change readiness, communication, and stakeholder engagement.
- Coordinate with project managers, technical teams, business users, and other stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
- Support UAT activities, issue resolution, and post-implementation adoption.

Required Skills & Experience
- Strong experience as a Techno-Functional Business Consultant.
- Good understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Strong understanding of business processes and requirements gathering.
- Experience in Organization Change Management / Change Management.
- Hands-on experience in end-user training and user adoption.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical solutions.
- Experience working with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce certifications are preferred.
- Experience in large-scale Salesforce transformation or implementation projects.
- Experience working with enterprise clients and structured change-management programs.
- Previous experience in consulting or IT services environments is an advantage.
