As a highly autonomous Technical Service Technologist, you will be responsible for delivering dairy and non-dairy innovation projects from initial concept through to pilot plant and factory trials. You will play a key role in developing customer solutions, supporting product development and contributing to wider business growth.
Key responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end product and process development across dairy and non-dairy applications.
- Manage customer projects from concept through to commercial scale-up.
- Support innovation initiatives and the development of new product solutions.
- Coordinate pilot plant and factory trials to ensure successful implementation.
- Work closely with customers and cross-functional teams to deliver commercially viable products.
- Apply technical expertise to resolve challenges and drive continuous improvement.
