We're looking for someone who's passionate about sustainability, ethical sourcing and responsible supply chains to join this amazing fresh produce business. If you're curious, proactive and enjoy building relationships, this could be the perfect opportunity to kick-start or develop your career.

You'll play a key role in helping ensure products are sourced responsibly, suppliers meet the highest standards, and sustainability remains at the heart of everything the business does.

What You'll Be Doing

No two days are the same! You'll be involved in:

  • Supporting supplier approval, due diligence and compliance programmes.
  • Working with suppliers to promote ethical sourcing and responsible farming practices.
  • Collecting, analysing and reporting sustainability data to track business performance.
  • Supporting environmental initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
  • Building strong relationships with suppliers, customers and internal teams.
  • Helping ensure compliance with customer, legal and industry requirements.
  • Playing your part in delivering sustainability and responsible sourcing goals across the business.

What We're Looking For

You will have experience or knowledge in some of the following:

  • Food supply chains, farming or supplier assurance.
  • Sustainability, ethical trading, environmental management or human rights.
  • Industry standards such as SEDEX, SMETA, BRCGS and retailer requirements.
  • Data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent communication skills and the confidence to work with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • A positive attitude and a genuine passion for making supply chains more sustainable.

Bonus Points If You Have...

  • Experience within Fresh Produce, Agriculture or FMCG.
  • Supported sustainability or ethical sourcing programmes.
  • Knowledge of carbon reporting, food waste reduction or environmental management systems.
  • Experience working with retailer sustainability requirements, particularly M&S.
  • A qualification in Agriculture, Environmental Science, Sustainability or a related subject.
