Technology Advisor Researchers

Technology Advisor Researchers are integral to our AI-native advisory teams, guiding clients through the complex intersection of strategic vision and technical implementation. They collaborate closely with senior leadership and technical specialists, anchoring the advisory process by thoroughly framing challenges, validating hypotheses, and quantifying trade-offs to deliver executive-ready insights. By blending rigorous consulting methodologies with an AI-native workflow, Technology Advisor Researchers empower senior teams to achieve unparalleled speed and depth, ensuring every strategic recommendation is grounded in robust evidence and structural precision.

This role moves beyond traditional documentation, you will help shape strategic recommendations, uncover insights, and accelerate advisory engagements. By combining consulting fundamentals with AI-powered ways of working, you enable teams to deliver deeper analysis, faster execution, and greater value for clients. It offers a unique opportunity to apply cutting-edge GenAI/LLM tools and tackle wider, complex business problems beyond pure engineering.

Job responsibilities

  • Drive comprehensive research and analysis, including industry trends, technology landscapes, business processes, and competitive benchmarking, leveraging AI-enabled tools to accelerate insights.
  • Translate complex business challenges into actionable strategic recommendations, synthesizing qualitative and quantitative information to identify patterns, risks, opportunities, and trade-offs.
  • Support client engagements by preparing executive-ready presentations, facilitating workshops, documenting business and technology requirements, and contributing to strategic assessments and roadmap development.
  • Responsibly apply AI to enhance the speed and quality of advisory work, accelerating research, supporting content development, and developing repeatable AI-driven workflows.
  • Ensure the quality and delivery excellence of all work products, reviewing them for accuracy, structure, insight, and evidence before sharing with clients, proactively identifying gaps or inconsistencies.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our Technology Advisory practice by capturing reusable frameworks, sharing lessons learned, and enhancing research approaches and analytical methods.
  • Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including Technology Advisors, architects, designers, engineers, and client stakeholders, fostering a trusted partnership environment.
  • Leverage cutting-edge GenAI/LLM tools like Claude, OpenAI, and ChatGPT to solve complex business problems, shifting beyond pure engineering focus to strategic advisory.
  • Act as an engine of execution, translating high-level strategic intent into measurable, high-impact business outcomes for our clients.
  • Learn, digest, and apply the latest technology thinking and AI advancements to solve client problems and strengthen our advisory capabilities.

Job qualifications

Technical Skills

  • You have 4-6 years of professional experience in management or technology consulting, business analysis, technology strategy, product management, or digital transformation, data, research, or analytics roles.
  • You possess a technical background, demonstrated through a relevant technical degree or prior experience, providing a solid technology grounding.
  • You have proven experience working on technology-enabled business initiatives, connecting business needs with practical technology solutions.
  • You have strong analytical and critical thinking skills, comfortable working with ambiguity and complex problems.
  • You are comfortable using AI tools (e.g., GenAI/LLM tools like Claude, OpenAI, ChatGPT) to enhance research, analysis, and content creation, understanding how to validate AI-generated outputs.
  • You have experience in conducting comprehensive research across industry, market, and technology landscapes, alongside business process and data analysis.
  • You are adept at structuring complex problems into manageable workstreams and developing evidence-based recommendations.
  • You are proficient in creating executive-ready presentations and documentation, effectively translating complex technical concepts for business stakeholders.

  • You thrive in a collaborative environment, effectively working across multidisciplinary teams and building trusted relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • You have a continuous improvement mindset, actively seeking to capture reusable frameworks, share lessons learned, and enhance advisory methodologies.
  • You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of explaining complex concepts clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences, including executive stakeholders.
  • You have experience from a professional management consultancy background, demonstrating a rigorous and client-centric approach.
