🚀 About CARE ADHD

CARE ADHD began as a small team with big ambitions, and has since grown into a global organisation supporting thousands of people across the UK and India. Though our teams are continents apart, we’re united by one mission: to make high quality neurodevelopmental care accessible to everyone who needs it.

We’re transforming private healthcare by making ADHD assessment and treatment more affordable, more personal and easier to access. Our client-centred approach, lean methodology and commitment to continuous improvement shape everything we do. We embrace rapid learning, experimentation and our ‘fail fast’ ethos because we know innovation is the engine of better care.

What drives us is simple: opening a world of possibility for different minds. Neurodevelopmental support, when done well, is one of the highest-impact interventions in healthcare. The right care gives people more agency, more stability and the chance we all deserve: to thrive and be happy.

We’re here to make that happen for as many people as we can.

If you join us, you become part of that story. We’ll make sure you feel supported, trusted and empowered to do your best work. There’s still plenty for us to learn, but we promise curiosity, collaboration and a lot of fun as we puzzle things out together. When talented people are given space to grow, extraordinary things happen - and we can’t wait to see what you help us achieve.

🎯 Purpose of the Role

To provide analytical, reporting and project support to the Chief Technology Officer and the wider technology leadership team.

The postholder will maintain an accurate, current picture of activity across all technology workstreams, gathering information directly from engineers, team leaders and heads of function, and translating it into clear reporting for the executive team, the Board and the wider business. The role also produces written and presentation content on behalf of the function and supports the CTO in planning, governance and follow-up.

Care ADHD expects this role to make extensive and skilled use of approved AI tooling, including Microsoft Copilot and Claude, to accelerate analysis, drafting, summarisation and reporting. The postholder is expected to work at a level of output that would not be achievable manually, while remaining fully accountable for the accuracy of everything they produce.

🧭 Core Duties and Responsibilities

Business and executive reporting

  • Produce the technology contribution to weekly and monthly business reporting, including drafting content, sourcing supporting data and verifying accuracy with team leaders.
  • Prepare briefing notes, decision papers and pre-read material for executive, Board and advisory meetings.
  • Maintain a consistent reporting structure that allows performance to be compared reliably over time, and develop the format as the function grows.
  • Present technical information in language that is accurate and accessible to a non-technical audience.

Information gathering and stakeholder liaison

  • Act as the central point of contact for collecting status updates, metrics, risks and commentary from technology teams in the UK and India.
  • Operate efficient collection routines using structured templates and delivery tooling, minimising the reporting burden placed on delivery teams.
  • Identify and close gaps in information proactively, following up with stakeholders as required.
  • Build effective working relationships across all technology sub-teams and with colleagues in other functions.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Delivery tracking

  • Maintain a consolidated view of the technology delivery portfolio, covering workstreams, milestones, owners, dependencies, status and variance against plan.
  • Track actions and decisions from leadership and governance meetings through to completion.
  • Maintain the risk and issue register for the technology function and support the preparation of governance forum papers, agendas and minutes, including AI governance and clinical safety forums.
  • Produce delivery metrics and highlight emerging risks to schedule, quality or resourcing at the earliest opportunity.

Planning support

  • Support quarterly and annual planning cycles, including resource plans, headcount and cost modelling, roadmap views and prioritisation inputs.
  • Prepare supporting analysis for investment cases, vendor evaluations and build versus buy decisions.
  • Coordinate cross-team planning sessions, including logistics, materials and written outputs.
  • Maintain the forward calendar of reporting deadlines, governance dates and delivery gates for the function.

Content and documentation

  • Produce internal communications for the technology function, including team updates, all-hands material, onboarding content and process documentation.
  • Create and maintain presentation material, diagrams and summary documents to a professional standard, applying the Care ADHD brand system consistently.
  • Maintain the function's documentation and knowledge base so that information remains current and accessible.
  • Contribute technology content to wider company material such as case studies, award submissions and partner documentation.

AI-assisted working

  • Use approved AI tooling, including Microsoft Copilot and Claude, as a standard part of daily work to accelerate analysis, summarisation, first-draft writing, document production and the interrogation of large volumes of material.
  • Apply AI to compress tasks that would otherwise be manual and time consuming, for example synthesising many separate team updates into a single coherent report, extracting themes from meeting notes and transcripts, drafting documentation and presentations, and performing initial analysis of delivery and operational data.
  • Review, verify and edit all AI-generated output before it is used or circulated. The postholder remains personally accountable for accuracy, tone, factual correctness and appropriateness regardless of how the material was produced.
  • Use AI tooling strictly within Care ADHD's AI governance framework and information governance policies, including restrictions on the use of patient identifiable, commercially sensitive and personal data in AI systems, and use only tools that have been formally approved.
  • Identify and share opportunities to improve the efficiency and quality of reporting, analysis and documentation through better use of AI, and help colleagues across the technology function adopt these methods.

General

  • Handle confidential business and patient information in line with Care ADHD policies, UK GDPR and information governance requirements.
  • Comply with all company policies, including those relating to clinical safety, information security, AI governance, equality and health and safety.
  • Undertake such other duties commensurate with the grade of the post as may reasonably be required.
