Technology & Data Engineer
I'm currently working with an exciting and growing business looking to hire a Technology & Data Engineer to join their expanding Technology & Data team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate or junior engineer who wants to gain hands-on experience across software development, data, automation, and AI. You'll work on real-world projects that directly impact the business while developing your technical skills in a collaborative environment.
The role will see you contributing to the development of an internal technology platform, including a major AI initiative designed to help teams work smarter, improve processes, and maximise the value of business data.

Key Responsibilities:
- Building and maintaining features across internal technology platforms
- Developing tools, applications, and solutions using Python and SQL
- Working with business data and supporting data-driven initiatives
- Building integrations and automating processes across systems
- Contributing throughout the full development lifecycle, from design to deployment
- Supporting the development of innovative AI solutions
- Collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders across the business

Requirements:
- Experience with Python and SQL
- Understanding of software development fundamentals
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Interest in data, AI, and emerging technologies
- Eagerness to learn and develop across multiple technical disciplines
- A proactive mindset with the confidence to take ownership and contribute ideas
This role would suit a Computer Science, Software Engineering or related graduate, or someone with early commercial experience looking to accelerate their career within a supportive and innovative environment.
