Technology & Data Engineer

Location: London Bridge
Hybrid: 4 days in the office, 1 day remote

We’re growing our Technology & Data team at Buchanan and are looking for a Technology & Data Engineer to join us.

This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to develop their technical skills in a hands-on environment, work on real-world projects and have exposure to different areas of technology, data and AI.

You’ll join our existing Technology & Data team and help build, develop and maintain the internal software and tools used across Buchanan.

One of our biggest projects is the development of our own internal AI technology platform, designed to help our sales teams work smarter, make better use of our data and improve the way we operate. You’ll play an important role in developing the platform as it continues to grow.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
