Elior Support Services – The People Behind Every Plate
Elior is one of the world’s largest contract catering and food service providers, and we’re delivering a multi-year, group-wide transformation programme modernising the platforms that run our business internationally.
We’re hiring a Contract Business Analyst to support IT initiatives across software development, configuration, and process improvement – working across Agile, DevOps, and Waterfall environments and collaborating with stakeholders throughout the full project lifecycle to deliver solutions with real, visible impact.
This role is on a fixed-term basis until September 2027.
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday | 37.5 Hours Per Week | Hybrid working with 3 days in the office and 2 days at home

What you’ll be serving up…
- Define project scope, objectives, and success criteria
- Lead workshops and gather business and technical requirements
- Map processes, create use cases, and develop data flow diagrams
- Define BI, dashboard, KPI, and management reporting requirements, including data sources, calculations, filters, and access needs
- Support solution design with architects and technical teams
- Prepare and manage UAT test scripts and coordinate testing
- Support testing of reports, dashboards, extracts, and BI outputs, including data validation and reconciliation to source systems
- Assist with deployment planning and rollout activities
- Support data migration, decommissioning, cutover, and transition activities
- Collaborate with developers, QA, DevOps, and business users
- Provide support across other workstreams to maintain delivery momentum

The ingredients you'll bring...
- Proven BA experience on IT projects (hospitality/retail/service sectors ideal)
- Knowledge of Agile, DevOps, and Waterfall methodologies
- Skilled in process mapping, stakeholder engagement, solution design, and BI/reporting requirements definition
- Experience supporting data migration, decommissioning, cutover, transition, or cross-workstream delivery
- Proficient in JIRA, Azure DevOps, Visio, and Excel
- Experience supporting report/dashboard testing, data validation, KPI definition, and management information delivery
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
Desirable
- Experience with hospitality systems (POS, ERP, CRM, in-house solutions)
- Familiarity with BI tools and BA certifications (BCS, IIBA)
