This role serves as a critical Technology Relationship Manager, bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. The incumbent will operate with a high degree of autonomy, lead workstreams, and influence decisions related to Workday implementations, enhancements, and ongoing optimization. Proactively engage stakeholders to understand evolving business needs, translate them into comprehensive technical requirements, and communicate complex technical concepts effectively.
  • Advanced Workday Solutioning: Architect and support the implementation of advanced Workday configurations, custom reports, calculated fields, and integrations (EIB, Workday Studio, Core Connectors) to meet business requirements. Troubleshoot and resolve complex Workday functional and technical issues, acting as an escalation point.
  • Process Optimization & Best Practices: Conduct in-depth analysis of existing HR processes within Workday, identify opportunities for optimization, and recommend innovative solutions that leverage Workday's full capabilities to enhance efficiency, user experience, and data integrity. Champion Workday best practices and governance standards.

Ensure adherence to the firm's reputation and safeguarding principles, demonstrating sound ethical judgment.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
