A leading global investment bank is looking for a Business Manager – Engagement to join its Technology Innovation function in London.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys operating at the intersection of Technology, Business, Innovation and Stakeholder Engagement, helping shape how technology initiatives are communicated, understood and adopted across the organisation.

You’ll work closely with senior Technology and Innovation leadership to:

  • Coordinate and deliver technology innovation events, town halls and leadership sessions
  • Develop executive-ready briefing packs, portfolio updates and case studies
  • Create compelling business narratives around AI, automation and emerging technology
  • Manage stakeholder engagement across Technology and wider business functions
  • Prepare MI, reporting and strategic updates for senior leadership
  • Translate complex technology concepts into clear, engaging business messaging
  • Support strategic planning, prioritisation and execution of innovation initiatives

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience in Business Management, Technology, Engagement or a similar role
  • Experience within a financial services, banking or large corporate environment preferred
  • Strong project/programme coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to turn complex information into clear, structured and compelling narratives
  • An understanding of technology operations and ideally the banking environment
  • Confident working with senior stakeholders and comfortable challenging ideas constructively
  • Interest in AI, automation, innovation and emerging technology
