Job Title
Digitech are partnered with a globally recognised, tech brand who are looking for a contract Technology Business Operations Specialist to support a period of transition. This is a hands on role covering procurement, vendor management, contractor operations and financial reconciliation across Engineering and Security functions.
What you'll be doing:
- Managing contractor processes end to end, new joiners, extensions, renewals, purchase orders and monthly cost reconciliation.
- Supporting software and supplier renewals, invoice validation and issue resolution across the technology estate.
- Monitoring usage based software and cloud spend, validating invoices, receipting POs and investigating variances.
- Supporting month end financial close, ensuring spend is accurately reflected and discrepancies resolved.
- Partnering with Finance, Procurement, Accounts Payable, Legal and Security to keep operations running smoothly.
- Coordinating supplier onboarding and Coupa administration, including contract workflows and commercial exceptions.

What we're looking for:

- Strong background in technology business operations, IT procurement or finance operations.
- Hands on experience with Coupa or a similar procurement platform.
- Comfortable managing POs, invoices and supplier payments, with strong Excel or Sheets skills.
- Able to work across multiple stakeholders and bring order to ambiguous or inherited processes.
