Technology Business Partner - Kettering

As a Technology Business Partner in Kettering, you'll connect the technology team with the business to ensure systems and solutions align with operational needs in the FMCG industry. You'll act as a trusted advisor, helping to shape and deliver technology strategies that keep the business running smoothly.

An organisation within the FMCG industry, based in Kettering.

Description

You will act as a MS Dynamics 365 SME, able to roll your sleeves up and support the day-to-day delivery of applications.

  • As a business-facing partner, you will excel at gathering and translating requirements into tangible solutions.
  • Act as the main point of contact between the technology team and business units.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their operational needs and align technology solutions.
  • Support the development and delivery of technology strategies and roadmaps.
  • Ensure projects meet business requirements and are delivered on time.
  • Identify opportunities for technology improvements and innovation.
  • Facilitate communication and understanding between technical teams and business users.
  • Provide insights and recommendations on emerging technologies relevant to the business.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented technology solutions.

Profile

  • A strong understanding of Supply Chain.
  • Experience working with, and SME-level knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Proven ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience in aligning technology solutions with business needs.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with emerging technology trends and their business impact.
  • Our client is open to candidates with a Product Owner/Manager, Business Analyst, Business Partner, Delivery Manager background.
