A well-established investment firm is strengthening its internal technology function as it delivers a significant programme of change across the business.
With multiple technology initiatives running concurrently, the firm is looking to improve visibility across delivery, resources, and priorities while ensuring key projects continue to progress alongside BAU activity.
Role
As the Technology Change Portfolio Manager, you will bring structure and visibility to a busy portfolio of technology change, establishing a clear view of projects, capacity, priorities, and dependencies.

This is a hands-on delivery role. You'll track milestones, drive actions, remove blockers, and ensure multiple technology projects continue to progress across a fast-moving environment.
Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain a clear view of the Technology project portfolio.
- Track milestones, dependencies, risks, actions, and delivery across concurrent projects.
- Build visibility across Technology capacity and competing BAU/change demands.
- Coordinate priorities and resource requirements across different teams.
- Establish proportionate portfolio governance, reporting, and escalation.
- Personally manage selected technology projects through to delivery.
- Coordinate internal teams, business stakeholders, and external partners.
- Drive actions, unblock issues, and keep time-critical projects on track.

Key Skills
- Strong technology project, programme, or portfolio management experience.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent technology initiatives.
- Portfolio governance, capacity planning, and resource management.
- Strong planning, dependency, risk, and milestone management.
- Excellent stakeholder management and ability to influence without authority.
- Highly organised, resilient, and comfortable driving actions through to completion.
- Comfortable establishing structure in an environment without a mature PMO.
- Desirable: Private equity, investment management, or financial services experience.
