Construction Technology Consultant

Belfast (Hybrid) | £50,000–£60,000

We're working with a specialist implementation and integration partner for a leading construction management platform, working with commercial, civil and specialist contractors across the UK & Ireland. This company has a world-class leadership team, and has made a serious impact in their market in a short time. They've a lot of ambition, and are looking for people to join them on this exciting journey.

The role

You'll lead platform implementations end to end — discovery, configuration, workflows, financials, training, adoption. Real projects, real clients, real accountability for whether the system actually gets used once you've left the room.

  • You'll advise clients on process design, not just system setup.
  • You'll contribute to the reusable delivery assets and managed service offering that make our implementations repeatable, not reinvented every time.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

What you'll bring

  • 5+ years in construction — as a QS, Commercial Manager, PM, CM or Digital Construction Manager/Consultant — with a contractor or consultancy background
  • Hands-on experience as a power user or implementer of a major construction management platform, with a willingness to certify
  • Real commercial and operational process understanding — cost, procurement, valuations, field workflows. This isn't a BIM or design-coordination role
  • Credibility with directors and site teams alike — you can hold a room either way
  • Strong written communication, because half of good implementation is explaining clearly why the process is changing

Why this role

Software companies hire construction people and try to make them software people. We're not interested in that. We want someone who still thinks like a QS or a CM, and uses that instinct to make the technology actually work on site — not just look good in a demo.

If you've spent years fighting spreadsheets, chasing valuations, or watching good processes fail because the tech never matched how sites actually work, this is the seat where you fix that. For a living.
