Step into the Heart of Innovation at the daa
Join our Technology & Data Innovation Graduate Programme. You will work alongside experienced professionals to tackle real business challenges that keep Ireland’s airports running smoothly, delivering innovative solutions across key areas including operations, retail, digital, commercial, and corporate functions.
Graduates will join the Early Careers Community, a network of interns, apprentices, and second-year graduates, offering opportunities to learn, collaborate, and build professional connections across the business.
Based on your skills, experience, and area of interest, you will join either our Technology Team or our Data Team within daa Labs on a two-year fixed-term contract. From day one, you will be embedded within your specialist team and remain there for the duration of your contract, allowing you to develop deep expertise, take ownership of meaningful projects, and make a lasting impact.
Technology Team
Gain hands-on experience across a range of technology disciplines, including cloud platforms, application development, automation, DevOps, networking, and enterprise systems. By working on live projects, you will help design, deliver, and support technology solutions that enhance efficiency, strengthen resilience, and drive innovation across the business.
Data Team
You will work with stakeholders across the organisation to develop dashboards, analytics tools, data models, and applications that enable smarter decision-making. You'll gain exposure to modern data platforms and engineering practices while helping transform complex data into actionable insights.

RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Technology Innovation Graduate, and dependent on your specialism, you will gain exposure to:
- Developing apps, integrations, and digital tools
- Building automation pipelines and configuring cloud/on-premises infrastructure
- Supporting networking, integration, and IT service delivery
- Prototyping data-driven solutions with business teams
- Working on real-time systems that keep airport operations running 24/7
As a Data Innovation Graduate, and dependent on your specialism, you will gain exposure to:
- Designing dashboards, reports, and data products
- Building cloud-based data pipelines and integrations
- Developing models and prototypes to solve business challenges
- Analyzing processes and uncovering insights through data
- Collaborating with teams across operations, retail, and innovation
- Supporting scalable, data-driven solutions
QUALIFICATIONS

- Hold (or be expecting) a 2.1 degree or higher in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Data Science, Product Design, or related disciplines.
- Demonstrate adaptability, responding positively to change and thriving in dynamic and evolving environments.
- Show an innovative mindset, seeking opportunities to improve processes, challenge conventional thinking, and solve problems creatively.
- Apply critical thinking, using evidence, insight, and sound judgement to make informed decisions.
