Job Description
As a Technology Delivery Associate Manager in our Software & Platforms team, you will lead workstreams that deliver software products, digital platforms and technology transformation for our clients. You will translate objectives into structured delivery plans, coordinate multidisciplinary teams and provide clear control of scope, schedule, quality, cost and risk. You will also embed AI-enabled delivery practices that improve predictability, productivity and client outcomes.
What you will do
- Lead delivery workstreams across discovery, design, engineering, integration, testing, release and transition to operations.
- Own workstream plans, roadmaps, budgets, forecasts, resourcing, dependencies, risks, issues and delivery reporting.
- Coordinate product, software engineering, architecture, UX, quality engineering, security, data and cloud teams.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, planning sessions, governance forums and client workshops, ensuring decisions and actions are owned and tracked.
- Manage delivery against contractual commitments, acceptance criteria and measurable business outcomes.
- Promote engineering excellence through appropriate controls for code quality, automated testing, CI/CD, observability, resilience, security and technical debt.
- Identify opportunities to improve delivery through automation, reusable assets, platform capabilities and responsible use of generative AI.
- Support proposals, estimates, solutioning and mobilisation activity for Software & Platforms opportunities.

What we are looking for
- Experience managing technology, digital, software product or platform delivery workstreams.
- Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, commercial awareness and written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience managing plans, budgets, forecasts, resources, risks and dependencies.
- Working knowledge of Agile delivery, product management and the software development lifecycle.
- Understanding of cloud-native engineering, DevOps, CI/CD, automated quality engineering and production support concepts.
- Ability to lead distributed, cross-functional teams and resolve delivery challenges pragmatically.
Set yourself apart
- Experience delivering SaaS, platform engineering, product modernisation, API ecosystems or cloud transformation.
- Experience with Jira, Monday.com Anaplan or comparable delivery/operational tooling.
- Understanding of product operating models, multi-tenant services and ecosystem partnerships.
- Experience applying AI and automation to delivery management, reporting, engineering or service operations.
