As a team:

Accenture offers a unique opportunity for impact and career growth. In AMBG you will be part of a unique joint venture with Microsoft of over 80,000 professionals, 20 times Microsoft Global SI Partner of the Year, and recognised as a leader across categories including AI and Business Applications by analysts including Everest Group, Forrester, and IDC.

We offer our clients a complete partnership at every stage of their transformation journey -from defining strategy through delivery of technology and into managed service or outcome-based offerings.

Dynamics 365 continues to be a cornerstone of enterprise transformation, and the embedding of Copilot AI across D365 Sales, Customer Service, Finance, and Supply Chain is reshaping how organisations operate. This is a high-growth area for the Accenture Microsoft Business Group (AMBG), driven by Microsoft's continued investment in intelligent business applications, AI-assisted workflows, and the convergence of CRM, ERP, Power Platform, and Azure OpenAI within a unified Microsoft ecosystem.

As a Technology Delivery Associate Manager you will:

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of Dynamics 365 implementations and embedded Copilot AI capabilities across Sales, Customer Service, Finance, and Supply Chain modules, owning programme governance, delivery quality, and client outcomes from discovery through to hyper care.
  • Own solution architecture and integration design across D365 modules, ensuring seamless connectivity with Power Platform, Azure OpenAI, and Microsoft Fabric within complex client ecosystems, and maintaining alignment with enterprise architecture and data strategies.
  • Drive intelligent automation and AI-assisted workflow design within D365 environments, leveraging embedded Copilot capabilities to streamline CRM and ERP processes and deliver measurable productivity and business value for clients.
  • Manage senior stakeholder relationships across client business, IT, and programme leadership, acting as a trusted delivery partner and ensuring clear, consistent communication on programme status, risks, dependencies, and key decisions.
  • Lead and manage large, cross-functional delivery teams including functional consultants, solution architects, integration engineers, and change specialists, providing hands-on technical oversight and developing team capability across the delivery lifecycle.
  • Establish and embed robust programme governance frameworks -including delivery cadences, financial management, risk and issue tracking, and quality assurance -tailored to the demands of regulated industries such as Financial Services.
  • Define and govern integration patterns between D365 and adjacent Microsoft and third-party platforms, including Power Platform, Azure API Management, Microsoft Fabric, and legacy enterprise systems, ensuring scalable and maintainable solution design.
  • Shape and lead data migration, cutover, and go-live strategies for D365 programmes, managing complexity across large datasets, business continuity requirements, and multi-geography or multi-entity deployments.
  • Collaborate with sales and solutioning teams to define pursuit strategies, contribute to proposals and statements of work, and support commercial negotiations for D365 and Microsoft AI transformation engagements.
  • Contribute to Accenture's D365 and AI community of practice, developing reusable delivery assets, sharing programme insights, and supporting the growth of Dynamics capability across the AMBG practice.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
