Technology Delivery & Change Manager

Sector: Financial Services / Banking

We are seeking an experienced Technology Delivery & Change Manager to play a key role in delivering the Bank's technology and digital change agenda.

This is an opportunity for someone who combines strong technology project delivery experience with a proven track record of establishing, improving and running an effective IT Change Management function.

Working closely with the CTO, Technology leadership team, business stakeholders, Risk, Information Security and third-party suppliers, you will lead the delivery of technology initiatives while ensuring changes are introduced into production safely, efficiently and in line with ITIL best practice.

The Role

A significant focus of the role will be to develop and embed a robust Change Management capability. You will take ownership of the Bank's IT Change Management processes, governance and controls, ensuring that production changes are appropriately assessed, approved, implemented and reviewed. Alongside this, you will manage a portfolio of technology projects and change initiatives, taking responsibility for delivery from initial demand and planning through to implementation and benefits realisation.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
