Technology/Delivery Lead (Technology Transformation)
London | Hybrid | 6-Month Initial Contract
I'm currently partnering with a leading organisation in the financial and commodities sector on a major technology transformation programme. This is an opportunity for an experienced PMO, Delivery Lead, Programme Coordinator, or Technical Project Manager to play a key role in delivering a large-scale infrastructure modernisation initiative, including the migration of a significant VMware estate to OpenShift.
The Role
Working closely with technology leadership, project managers, engineers, and key stakeholders, you'll provide delivery oversight, governance, planning, reporting, and coordination across multiple work streams. You'll be responsible for maintaining delivery plans, tracking risks and dependencies, producing high-quality reporting, and ensuring the programme remains on track.

Key Requirements
- Experience as a PMO, Delivery Lead, Programme Manager, Technical Project Manager, or similar.
- Proven background supporting large-scale technology, infrastructure, platform, cloud, or migration programmes.
- Strong planning, governance, reporting, and stakeholder management experience.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis, reporting, and Pivot Tables.
- Experience managing RAID logs, dependencies, milestones, and programme reporting.
- Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced transformation environment.

Ideal Background
Candidates from infrastructure migration, cloud transformation, data centre migration, platform modernisation, or wider technology change programmes will be particularly relevant. Experience coordinating complex technical delivery teams and engaging senior stakeholders is highly desirable. Ideally experience with VMware and OpenShift.
