We’re working with a leading global technology and consulting organisation that is looking for an experienced Technology Delivery Lead / Technology Project Manager to join its growing Health & Public Service team at Associate Manager level.

This is a senior delivery position focused on owning complex technology transformation programmes from end to end, working closely with major public-sector clients and multidisciplinary technology teams.

What you’ll be doing

  • Taking ownership of end-to-end delivery of complex technology transformation projects.
  • Driving delivery to agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Managing multidisciplinary and geographically distributed technology teams.
  • Developing and managing detailed delivery plans across design, build, and implementation.
  • Managing risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies throughout the delivery lifecycle.
  • Working closely with clients to manage expectations and ensure delivery remains aligned to business requirements.
  • Building trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders.
  • Working across Agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban, as well as Waterfall where appropriate.
  • Providing functional and technical expertise throughout delivery.
  • Working closely with technical teams across areas such as Technical Architecture, Solution Architecture, Business Analysis, and Technical Design.
  • Managing project governance, stakeholder communication, and delivery reporting.
  • Supporting the development and management of team members.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
