As a team:
Accenture offers a unique opportunity for impact and career growth. In AMBG you will be part of a unique joint venture with Microsoft of over 80,000 professionals, 20 times Microsoft Global SI Partner of the Year, and recognised as a leader across categories including AI and Business Applications by analysts including Everest Group, Forrester, and IDC.
We offer our clients a complete partnership at every stage of their transformation journey - from defining strategy through delivery of technology and into managed service or outcome-based offerings.
Generative and agentic AI presents a huge opportunity for our clients to reinvent how they work, and Microsoft Copilot is at the heart of that transformation. This is a high-growth area for the Accenture Microsoft Business Group (AMBG), driven by Microsoft's significant investments in Copilot Studio, M365 Copilot, and Azure OpenAI - and the continued expansion of the Microsoft intelligent cloud platform.
As a Technology Delivery Associate Manager you will:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Microsoft Copilot Studio and M365 Copilot-based AI solutions for enterprise clients, taking full ownership of technical architecture, delivery governance, and programme quality from discovery through to hyper care.
- Own the technical solution architecture across Copilot for M365, Copilot Studio, and Azure OpenAI integrations, ensuring designs are scalable, secure, and aligned with client business outcomes and Accenture delivery standards.
- Drive enterprise adoption of Microsoft Copilot capabilities - Copilot for M365, custom Copilot Studio agents, and Azure OpenAI-powered experiences - translating emerging AI capabilities into measurable client value.
- Manage senior stakeholder relationships across client and Accenture, acting as a trusted advisor to business and technology leaders and ensuring clear, consistent communication on programme status, risks, and decisions.
- Lead and manage cross-functional delivery teams including architects, engineers, business analysts, and change specialists, providing technical oversight and mentoring to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery.
- Establish and embed programme governance frameworks - including risk management, delivery cadences, financial tracking, and quality assurance - in complex Financial Services and enterprise environments.
- Design adoption and change management strategies that accelerate user and organisational uptake of Copilot and AI-powered tools, working with business stakeholders to embed new ways of working.
- Collaborate with sales and solutioning teams to shape pursuit strategies, contribute to proposals and statements of work, and support commercial negotiations for Microsoft Copilot and AI engagements.
- Navigate the full Microsoft M365 and Azure ecosystem to advise on integration patterns, data security, compliance considerations, and AI governance - ensuring responsible deployment of AI in regulated environments.
- Contribute to Accenture's Copilot and AI community of practice, sharing delivery insights, developing reusable assets, and helping to build internal capability across the AMBG practice.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
