As a Technology Delivery Manager in our Software & Platforms team, you will lead complex programmes that create, modernise and operate software products, digital platforms and cloud-based services. You will be accountable for client outcomes, delivery performance, commercial control and team leadership. You will shape delivery models that combine product thinking, engineering excellence, platform capabilities and responsible AI to deliver measurable value at pace.
What you will do
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex software product, platform engineering and technology transformation programmes.
- Define delivery strategy, governance, operating model, integrated roadmap and measurable outcomes across multiple workstreams.
- Own programme financials, forecasts, resourcing, contractual commitments, delivery assurance and overall programme health.
- Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and act as an advisor on programme execution, product delivery and platform transformation.
- Lead geographically distributed teams spanning product, engineering, architecture, security, data, cloud, quality engineering and operations.
- Establish engineering and operational controls covering architecture, code quality, automated testing, CI/CD, security, resilience, observability, release management and service transition.
- Drive proactive management of risks, issues, dependencies, technical debt and non-functional requirements.
- Shape AI-enabled delivery models, automation opportunities and reusable assets while maintaining responsible AI, privacy, security and governance requirements.
- Support business development, solutioning, estimates, proposals, mobilisation and contract shaping for Software & Platforms opportunities.

What we are looking for
- Significant experience leading complex technology, software engineering, digital product or platform programmes.
- Strong programme leadership, commercial management, financial control and stakeholder influencing capabilities.
- Proven experience leading large, multidisciplinary and geographically distributed teams.
- Strong understanding of product-centric delivery, Agile methods, the software development lifecycle and modern engineering practices.
- Working knowledge of cloud-native architectures, DevOps, CI/CD, automated quality engineering, SRE or managed service operations.
- Demonstrated ability to improve delivery outcomes through innovation, automation, data and AI.
Set yourself apart
- Leadership experience across SaaS, platform engineering, product modernisation, API ecosystems, cloud transformation or high-scale digital services.
- Experience shaping outcome-based commercial models, delivery metrics, service levels and acceptance criteria.
- Understanding of multi-tenant platforms, ecosystem partnerships, developer experience and platform operating models.
- Track record of applying responsible AI and automation to improve engineering productivity, quality, predictability and service performance.
