Technology Delivery Manager
We are looking for an experienced Technology Delivery Manager to lead the successful delivery of technology projects and change across our banking clients' digital and operational change portfolio. Based in London and reporting to the Chief Technology Officer, this role will play a key part in delivering technology initiatives safely, efficiently and in line with strong governance and ITIL best practice.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing multiple concurrent technology projects from initiation through to implementation and closure.
- Coordinating internal technology teams, business stakeholders and third-party suppliers.
- Maintaining project plans, RAID logs, status reports and governance documentation.
- Supporting technology demand management, prioritisation and reporting.
- Leading Service Transition and Change Management activities to ensure changes enter production with minimal operational risk.

About you:
- Proven experience delivering technology change and projects within an SME Banking environment.
- Good knowledge and understanding of Core Banking platforms and peripheral systems.
- Strong understanding of ITIL 4, Change Management, Service Transition and technology governance.
- Excellent stakeholder management, supplier coordination and senior reporting skills.
- Comfortable managing competing priorities across Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery environments.
- Relevant qualifications such as ITIL 4, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum or APM PMQ are desirable.

This role requires 4 days/week onsite in London; 1 day/week WFH
