Join us as a Technology Delivery Manager
This is an opportunity to put your specialist technology and project delivery skills to the test
You’ll be managing the end to end delivery of the project scope within time, cost, quality and management of the associated risk profile
It’s a fantastic chance to hone your existing skills and drive activities across our broad technology landscape
What You'll Do
- You'll be working closely with key stakeholders along with the Architecture, Foundation Engineering, Security, Data and Risk teams to create and manage project plans for delivery organisation-wide technology initiatives.

- Remove cross-team obstacles and blockers to enable efficient delivery, proactively managing dependencies and get the best value against constraints
- Own and manage internal / 3rd party implementation plans and delivery risks
- Work with teams to take a continuous approach to planning, forecasting, estimating, metrics and measurements
- Coach teams to become better at autonomously organising and sharing their work
- Facilitate continuous improvement and apply the most appropriate agile and lean tools and techniques for our collaborative environment
- Assist the Technology leadership team with regular data driven status reporting and insights

The Skills You'll Need
- You’ll need experience of delivering programme management in a technology or IT function, and the ability to use Agile methodology and associated toolsets.
You’ll Also Need
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience in software delivery in a modern, cloud-native technology environment
- Outstanding attention to detail
- The ability to lead by example and demonstrate best practices
- The ability maintain a strong delivery focus whilst making intelligent risk decisions
- The ability to work independently to move our key programmes forward
