Role Overview

I’m currently working with a leading global technology and professional services organisation that is growing its delivery capability across a range of UK public sector and health clients.

They are looking for Technology Delivery Managers across Mid-Level and Senior Consultant positions.

Key Responsibilities

As a Technology Delivery Manager, you will:

  • Work closely with Product Owners, Project Managers, Business Analysts, technical teams, and subject matter experts to deliver technology solutions.
  • Manage relationships with internal teams, clients, and senior stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle.
  • Translate business requirements into clear, actionable documentation and delivery plans.
  • Support the delivery of complex technology solutions across cloud and SaaS environments.
  • Work across Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies depending on the client and programme.
  • Identify delivery risks, solve problems, and ensure effective communication across project teams.
  • Support and mentor more junior members of the team.
  • Use delivery and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio, and Excel.
  • Work with emerging technologies, including GenAI and Agentic AI tooling, within technology delivery.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
