Mid-Level Technology & Digital Infrastructure Associate | London | Elite New York Law Firm
An elite New York-headquartered law firm is looking to hire an outstanding 4-6 PQE Technology & Digital Infrastructure Associate to join one of the market's premier global technology transactions practices in London.

The Practice
The team is widely recognised as one of the leading advisers in the digital infrastructure sector, acting on cutting-edge transactions involving:
- Data centres
- Fibre networks
- Telecommunications infrastructure
- Cloud and digital platforms
- AI and emerging technologies
- Technology-driven M&A and investments
- Strategic commercial technology arrangements
Clients include leading infrastructure funds, private equity sponsors, sovereign investors, strategic operators, and technology companies pursuing transformational investments across Europe, the US, and globally.

The Opportunity
This role offers exposure to market-defining transactions that sit at the intersection of technology, infrastructure, and private capital. Associates work directly with senior partners and clients, taking on significant responsibility from an early stage while benefiting from exceptional mentoring and development opportunities.
The successful candidate will join a growing practice that continues to be instructed on many of the most prestigious digital infrastructure transactions in the market.
Candidate Requirements
- 4-6 years' PQE gained at a leading US, Magic Circle, or top international firm
- Strong technology transactions, commercial contracts, or digital infrastructure experience
- Outstanding academic credentials
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and client management skills
- Ambition to work on complex cross-border matters in a high-performance environment
