Technology Due Diligence Consultant (Interim)
NSCG is supporting a consulting client that requires an experienced Technology Due Diligence Consultant to support an urgent buy-side M&A transaction.
We're looking to speak with consultants who have experience conducting technology assessments as part of acquisitions, including evaluating platforms, architecture, scalability, cyber risk, engineering capability, technical debt, and operational maturity.

Key Requirements:
- Technology Due Diligence (Tech DD / IT DD) experience
- Buy-side M&A transaction exposure
- Ability to engage with senior stakeholders and investors
- Available to start at short notice
