The Technology Enabled Care Service (‘Tec Service’) offer a wide range of assistive technology, from traditional telecare devices such as an emergency pendant & Carephone, to smart technology which includes lifestyle monitoring devices and GPS location devices. We are an alarm receiving centre responding 24/7 offering support and intervention to individuals and their families, and carers. We work closely with other independent living and Health Services, ensuring a partnership approach is taken to delivering Adults and Health services.

The Technology Enabled Care team are committed to providing quality care and support services and do so in creative ways using assistive technology. We are looking for candidates who are equally as committed and passionate about making a difference to the lives of vulnerable adults in Kirklees.
This is a fixed term contract and the role will be community based carrying out the assistive technology installation, maintenance, and collection aspect of the job profile, working Monday to Friday.
Career Progression
Appointment will be made at grade 6, and progression to grade 7 will be subject to an application and assessment process.
