Position summary
The Technology Implementation Project Manager is responsible for implementing Tag’s software solutions. This position works closely with the Head of Implementation / Solutions Leads to scope and build Tag’s solutions to meet client requirements and deliver Tag’s technology in a defined process, time frame and to the client’s expectations. This position assists in managing the daily relationships with key implementation stakeholders, whilst also managing resources to complete technology Implementations. There will also be the need to perform technology configuration tasks as part of this role.

Job qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. If no degree, relevant experience will also be considered
- At least 2 years’ experience in technical customer service, software related preferable
- Understanding of Agile SDLC principles; experienced with SDLC management tools such as JIRA
- Experience with CRM systems (i.e. MS Dynamics)
- Experience with web technologies and open source based software solutions
- Understanding of business and technical analysis methods and procedures
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills; effective at oral and written communications
- IT literate; able to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical teams
- Demonstrated ability to motivate, support and understand teams
- Decision making skills necessary to manage change
- Creative problem-solving skills and adaptability.
- Ability to prioritize and work on multiple detailed projects at the same time

Job relationships
Internal: This position works closely with Solutions, Implementation, Product Development, Support & Account Teams
External: Key client stakeholders and software users
Job duties
(* denotes an “essential function”)
- *Lead and support the diligence / discovery process capturing software and process requirements utilizing business and technical analysis methods and procedures
- *Capture client’s current state process maps; analyze documented process and make recommendations to gain maximum efficiency within the marketing lifecycle
- *Lead / oversee the development of software specifications and configuration requirements for new client solution builds
- *Manage and ensure the successful completion and sign-off of client UAT
- *Determine and agree the clients reporting requirements prior to hand off to support team
- Responsible for delivering the project plan and other implementation documentation, the handover documentation to the Support team and the completed wiki page to the Helpdesk; for each implementation
- Coordination of assets supplied
- Travel as often as required to perform all duties effectively, although this should be minimal.
- *Manage and coordinate the delivery of all user communications for new client implementations. Point of contact for client representatives
- *Accountable for quality and on time delivery of all configurations, user creation, branding and data ingestion
- *Responsible for ensuring client sign-off of project documentation, testing and delivery
- *Responsible for ensuring correct logging of time spent on individual client implementations
- Manage expenditure costs and ensure all implementations are delivered on time and within budget
- Determine and agree the required training documentation
- External training to clients within the implementation phase of software applications, either F2F or online seminars
- Internal training of Account and Project Team users.
