Technology Integration & Delivery Lead
London - Hybrid
Interim - 12 month contract (initially)
Day rate (Outside IR35)
My client is an ambitious hospitality business that is preparing to open new sites across the UK. This is a unique opportunity to lead the end-to-end technology transformation of a complex, customer-centric operation. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on technology/systems specialist who can evaluate systems, map integrations and drive implementation through to operational readiness.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the technology roadmap and implementation programme
- Map customer, booking, payment, operational and finance data flows
- Define API, integration and interface requirements across the technology landscape
- Manage vendors, implementation partners and project workstreams
- Drive testing, training, operational readiness and go-live activities
Requirements:
- Proven experience delivering technology transformation within hospitality
- Strong understanding of hospitality systems, including PMS, CRM, booking, payments and operational platforms
- Hands-on integration experience, including APIs, interfaces and data
