We are looking for an immediately available Commercial / Technology Legal Counsel to join a leading business on an initial 6-month assignment.
This is a broad and commercially focused role, advising on a range of commercial and technology matters. You will draft and negotiate contracts, advise on legal and commercial risk, support transactions and work closely with stakeholders across the business.

The ideal candidate
- UK-qualified solicitor with 5+ years' PQE
- Strong commercial/transactional legal experience with technology contracting exposure
- Commercially minded, pragmatic and confident
- Strong drafting, negotiation and communication skills
- Comfortable working independently and partnering with senior stakeholders
