Job Purpose
Primary technology advisor, customer facing lead and escalation point for all aspects of D&T as it relates to the growth and operation of the GWS account. Drive the technology roadmap, innovation agenda, and operational excellence, ensuring alignment with client outcomes, growth objectives, and CBRE’s GWS strategy.
Key Tasks
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining and effectively communicating CBRE’s perspective, position and strategy for technology to account leadership and client stakeholders
- Risk identification, quantification and mitigation recommendations around the technology solution (information security, technical, transition, operation)
- Driving new D&T technology initiatives driven by D&T and others that are relative to the account and sector’s priorities (i.e. IFM Hub)
- CMMS strategy and accountability including administration and delivery
- Direct other technology and analytics resources on the Account including training requirements such as the CMMS support, data input etc.
- CMMS accountability
- Working in partnership with the FM Technical SMEs to develop and deliver SMART FM proposals and delivery
- Implementation of new technology tools and processes, supporting PMO with migration projects including client specified tools
- Leverage innovation to unlock new efficiencies, cost savings, and service differentiation, strengthening CBRE’s position as a leading technology partner

- Active engagement with clients and account leaders to build account technology roadmap in alignment with client outcomes ensuring that CBRE’s technology is viewed as “Leading” in client surveys.
- Facilitate and connect technology subject matter experts and thought leaders (internal and external to CBRE) with account teams and leadership to discuss, design and deliver on new account innovation and/or operational requirements
Continuous Improvement & Capability
- Driving the most competitive technology solution that leverages the standard stack wherever possible and innovating for specific differentiation
Reporting & Communication
- Development of core data analytics and insight – delivery of data led insight to client and internal stakeholders, both ad hoc and regular delivery
Key Metrics
- Deliver key technology initiatives aligned with account and sector goals and strategies
- Develop case studies on key D&T initiatives to measure success
- Deliver AI and Smart FM solutions as core offering
- Identify Technology solution efficiencies
- Scale Technology and AI to challenge status quo
- Identify and Measure Operational efficiencies
- Develop/Maintain Account Technology Roadmap and execution in alignment with GWS D&T timelines
- Increase Technology and AI literacy on the Account and share with peers
- Measure and share feedback on products to D&T leadership
- Delivery on data led insight to key stakeholders
- Innovation and Improvement - Drive continuous innovation by identifying, piloting, and scaling new D&T solutions (AI, analytics, digital platforms) to enhance service delivery and client value

Person Specification
- Proven capability working with teams for delivery of initiatives, including SMARTFM
- Strong experience within data and insight
- Strong experience in driving new D&T initiatives
- Proven capability working with teams for delivery of initiatives
- Use of AI delivery and analysis
- Client presentations
- Degree level or equivalent education
- Languages English – other European Languages a benefit but not required
