Technology Lead
We are looking for an experienced Technology Lead with strong hands-on experience in AWS Cloud, Python, AWS Lambda, DynamoDB, RDS, AppSync, RESTful APIs, GraphQL and GitLab CI/CD.

Job Responsibilities:
- Design, develop and deliver scalable cloud-based applications using AWS Cloud and Python.
- Develop backend services and applications using Python and frameworks such as Django.
- Work extensively with AWS Lambda, DynamoDB, RDS and AppSync.
- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and GraphQL services.
- Build, maintain and optimize CI/CD pipelines using GitLab Cloud and GitLab CI/CD.
- Follow software development best practices including TDD, pair programming, code quality and Agile methodologies.
- Provide technical leadership across design, development and delivery activities.
- Create and maintain technical documentation.
- Support knowledge transfer and smooth transition between team members.
- Work collaboratively as a team player and communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
- Apply appropriate SDLC delivery methodologies and contribute to continuous improvement.

Candidate Requirements:

- Strong experience as a Technology Lead, Technical Lead, Lead Developer or Senior Software Engineer.
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS Cloud Services.
- Strong Python development experience with Django or similar Python frameworks.
- Hands-on AWS Lambda experience.
- Hands-on DynamoDB and RDS experience.
- Experience with AWS AppSync.
- Strong RESTful API and/or GraphQL experience.
- Strong GitLab CI/CD and cloud pipeline experience.
- Good understanding of TDD and pair programming.
- Strong Agile development experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and technical design skills.
- Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies.
