Epicor Technical Consultant ➡️ Change Management Consultant | Fully Remote (GMT +/- 2 hours) | 12-Month FTC (high likelihood to extend) | Salary: Up to GBP £60k pa.

The Opportunity | Your Bridge to Management Consulting
Are you a technical expert in Epicor Kinetic / E10 who is ready to step out of the back office and into a high-impact, client-facing management consulting career?
We are looking for a technical specialist ready to step into a Management Consultant role. Don't worry if you don't have all the consulting tools yet - we will provide comprehensive training to turn you into a Project Management Ninja and a certified Lean Six Sigma specialist. You will start by supporting complex programme and project deliveries with the ultimate goal of taking full ownership.

What we are looking for is someone who can understand and manage complex stakeholder engagement, brings an entrepreneurial flair to help build our business, and is excited to act as an architect of efficiency for both public and private sector clients. You will focus on the technical aspects of implementing Kinetic ERP while expanding your reach to drive real transformation across a wide range of sectors in multiple countries through process improvement beyond the ERP.
What You Bring
- Technical Pedigree: 5+ years of hands-on experience in technical configurations for Epicor Kinetic / E10.
- Timezone: You must be located within a GMT +/- 2 hours timezone to align with our team and clients.
- The Consulting Mindset: A strong desire to step up into management consulting, business development, and tech strategy.
- Bonus Skills: Previous exposure to Lean Six Sigma or formal Project Management is preferred, but not necessary. We will provide full training for the right candidate!

- An initial 12-month fixed-term contract, full-time, with a high likelihood of a permanent role and possible equity.
