About The Role
As Technology Manager you own the technical scope across renewable energy and data center projects. You coordinate design, set and safeguard technical standards, review engineering deliverables, and ensure technical decisions hold up through procurement, construction and commissioning.
Key responsibilities
- Own the technical scope and engineering coordination across projects
- Review designs, specifications and engineering deliverables
- Safeguard technical standards, quality and compliance
- Coordinate multi-disciplinary engineering interfaces — civil, electrical, MEP, controls
- Support procurement with technical evaluation and specifications
- Provide technical input to constructability, commissioning and handover
- Resolve technical issues across design and site
- Support SCADA, controls and electrical infrastructure interfaces, especially for data centers, grid and storage

About You
- 5+ years in an engineering or technical lead role in energy, data centers or infrastructure
- Strong multi-disciplinary engineering understanding (electrical / MEP an advantage)
- Experience coordinating design and engineering across project phases
- Ability to translate technical decisions into delivery and commercial impact
- Structured, rigorous and detail-oriented
- Strong stakeholder communication across technical and project teams
- Degree in engineering or a related field; fluent in English
