Technology Manager – CPG / Retail / Distribution

What You’ll Do

As a Technology Manager on the Beyond Healthcare, you team will lead large-scale digital transformation programs for global clients, bridging business strategy and technology execution. You will partner closely with client stakeholders to design, deliver, and scale technology solutions that leverage modern cloud platforms, industry systems, and emerging AI capabilities. The role requires a unique blend of industry expertise, technical depth, and leadership acumen to drive measurable impact.

  • Lead business development and account expansion across Retail, CPG, Consumer Health, and Distribution clients — with a focus on cloud modernization, enterprise data platforms, advanced analytics, and GenAI-enabled commercial solutions;
  • Build trusted, senior-level relationships (CIO/CTO/VP Data/VP Architecture) to shape digital transformation agendas, cloud roadmaps, and new program opportunities;
  • Architect and guide the development of scalable solutions on GCP (preferred) — while contributing to reusable assets, accelerators, and ZS IP;
  • Lead estimation, capacity planning, solution coordination and delivery across the technology stack (BI, Analytics, AI, Digital, Big Data, Cloud, MDM), serving as the client escalation point;
  • Provide project leadership across one or more programs while maintaining a high-quality client experience;
  • Drive high-quality onshore/offshore delivery execution across multiple engagements — ensuring proactive risk management, stakeholder alignment, and consistent delivery excellence;
  • Bring outside-in perspective on cloud, data engineering, digital engineering, and GenAI trends to shape client POVs and thought leadership in the consumer ecosystem;
  • Deeply understand client business challenges and proactively bring forward differentiated ZS thinking to solve them;
  • Partner with Google alliance teams to strengthen ZS’s GCP presence and expand our footprint with Sysco and other strategic consumer clients;
  • Mentor, coach and develop ZS architects, and consultants across US and India teams — building capability depth, talent development and culture.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
