Corporate Finance is organized through global products and regional client coverage spanning different geographies and industry-focused teams. You will work as part of the Telecom-Media-Technology (TMT) team where you will be able to show initiative and will need strong communication skills in this role.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinating and supporting in origination and execution of M&A, Leverage Finance, and Equity Capital Markets (ECM) transactions with TMT clients
  • Supporting wider teams in the coverage effort of key TMT accounts
  • Conducting sector and company research, quantitative analysis, company valuation, credit analysis, and financial modeling
  • Communicating with clients, other advisers, and senior Investment Bankers
  • Generating new ideas that support business direction and utilizing sector knowledge to guide production of materials presented to clients and assisting Country and Product Bankers on opportunities relating to the TMT sector

Your Skills and Experience

  • Relevant Corporate Finance experience across advisory and capital market products
  • Proven execution skills, complex deal understanding, and structuring capabilities in M&A, Leverage Finance, and ECM
  • Strong analytical approach combined with creative problem-solving abilities
  • Effective organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously
  • Able to drive and influence senior, cross-functional, and cross-regional deal teams, interfacing with multiple business partners across business lines and regions
  • Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to creatively solve problems and successfully navigate a large, matrix-based organization
