Technology & Operations Manager
Remote – UK, up to £80,000 + bonus + excellent pension

The Opportunity
This newly created Technology & Operations Manager role is a pivotal early hire in a new and growing Technology function, reporting directly to, and working in partnership with the Head of Technology & Data.
With a broad remit and a high degree of autonomy, you'll play a key role in helping shape the Technology function as the organisation continues to grow, leading strategic initiatives and working as a business partner across the organisation.
You will help shape the function's structure, processes, governance and culture from an early stage. You will work across the organisation, ensuring Technology enables growth, supports regulatory expectations, and strengthens operational resilience.

We are looking for an experienced technology professional with a broad, well-rounded background rather than a narrow technical specialism.
