Are you a commercially minded software leader with experience taking complex technical products from development through to customer-ready launch?

Brilliant opportunity on offer to join a growing, privately owned engineering-led business where you will take full ownership of technology strategy, software product delivery and commercialisation while building and developing a high-performing engineering team.

In this role, you will be responsible for taking engineering-focused software products through the final stages of development and turning them into robust, scalable and saleable solutions. Working closely with engineers, customers and commercial stakeholders, you will improve delivery processes, accelerate time to market and help establish how the products are packaged and monetised.

This is an ideal role for a CTO, Technology Director, Software Engineering Director or Head of Engineering who combines strong technical capability with commercial acumen and can demonstrate experience finishing products, launching them successfully and generating measurable customer or commercial outcomes.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
