As we continue to build our ability to deliver digital products for Edrington, our Digital Product Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of one or more digital products and contributing to the strategic direction and growth of the digital platforms. This is a key business-focused role, contributing to global delivery, that requires a high degree of acumen and a depth of appreciation of the specific demands, techniques, technologies, and tools pertinent to creating exceptional digital experiences for our customers and consumers.

The position reports to the Digital Product Lead and will carry line management responsibility for a Digital Product Analyst and Assistant.
Make an Impact
- Contribute to and maintain Product Roadmap, translating the business needs and Technology strategy into a well-defined and deliverable roadmap
- Coordinate end-to-end delivery via Scrum/Kanban; facilitate ceremonies as needed; track scope/schedule/quality
- Responsible for effective Product Backlog management
- Translate business needs and user journeys into well-formed backlog items; support non-functional requirements and success measures; prepare UAT scenarios and coordinate execution
- Lead conversations to ensure the most appropriate implementation of technical solutions
- Identify and mitigate risks in the design and implementation of technical solutions
- Manage internal technical development resource, facilitate Sprint ceremonies adhering to an Agile delivery approach
- Ensure appropriate/effective artefacts are created and maintained accordingly, adhering to an Agile delivery process
- Ensure conformance to standards and decisions during implementation and deployment of technical solutions
- Contribute inputs to budgeting and quarterly planning for assigned areas; track spend vs plan without direct budget ownership
- Provide regular contributions to the Continuous Improvement, efficiency, and effectiveness of all team processes

Your Talent and Skills
- Proven Agile project leadership experience within Scrum, Kanban, or similar delivery frameworks.
- Degree-qualified in a technology-related field (or equivalent experience), with Agile/Product Owner certifications preferred.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence, negotiate, and align diverse teams and business areas.
- Excellent communication skills, able to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strategic thinker who can balance business priorities with technical constraints, anticipate challenges, and drive effective solutions.
- Innovative, self-motivated, and comfortable navigating complexity and ambiguity.
- Strong leadership, collaboration, and change management capabilities, with a passion for delivering technology solutions that drive business growth and exceptional consumer experiences.
- Demonstrated ability to inspire teams, build networks, and champion the use of emerging technologies.
