About the Role

This role contributes to Starbucks' mission by defining and delivering the technology product strategy for key enterprise functions across EMEA. As a senior member of the Technology Product & Services team, you will own a portfolio of products that enable our partners and support functions to operate effectively, create capacity for growth and deliver business value.

The role has primary accountability for the Partner Resources & Operations (PRO) product portfolio, including the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Careers Website and broader partner recruitment, onboarding and end-to-end experience. The portfolio also includes products and platforms supporting Finance, Corporate Functions and Legal teams.

As the senior product leader for these areas, you will shape the long-term product vision, develop and maintain a multi-year product strategy and roadmap, and ensure investments are aligned to measurable business outcomes. You will act as the voice of the customer and business stakeholder, balancing operational needs, strategic priorities and technical opportunities to maximise value delivery.

Working across regional and global teams, delivery partners and technology vendors, you will influence product direction, investment decisions and prioritisation. You will use customer insights, market trends, operational data and business objectives to continuously evolve your product portfolio and drive adoption, satisfaction and value realisation.

Reporting to the Product & Services Director, you will maintain strong partnerships with senior leaders across your supported functions. You may also provide leadership and coaching to Product Owners and other product professionals, helping to embed product management best practice and a culture of continuous improvement.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
