Compensation: £100,000 - £130,000 (pro rata) salary on an FTC, or a competitive day rate

Location: Hybrid - ~2 days per week, either working from a regional office or visiting a site

Contract Start: Immediate start

Contract Duration: Through to April 2027


We are supporting a major FMCG business with the appointment of an experienced Technology Programme Manager to lead a complex technology integration programme.

This is a senior delivery role with responsibility for coordinating the technology activity required to integrate two established organisations. The programme spans applications, data, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and service transition, supporting operational areas including manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, commercial, and finance.

The successful candidate will take ownership of the technology programme plan, governance, budget, and delivery roadmap. You will work closely with senior business leaders, workstream leads, internal technology teams, and third-party partners to ensure the integration is delivered while protecting business continuity and customer service.

Role Highlights:

  • Lead a complex, business-critical technology integration programme
  • Own the programme plan, budget, resources, governance, and key milestones

You Will Need:

  • Significant experience leading large-scale technology migration or integration programmes
  • Strong programme governance, budget, supplier, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience across applications, data, infrastructure, and cybersecurity
  • Knowledge of FMCG, manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, or another operationally critical environment
  • A hands-on delivery style and the confidence to challenge senior stakeholders
