Technology Programme Manager
Salary: £85,000 - £100,000 + benefits
Location: Hertfordshire
Working pattern: 2 days per week on-site
A large, UK-wide organisation is looking for an experienced Technology Programme Manager to lead a team of Project Managers responsible for delivering a varied portfolio of technology, ERP and business change initiatives.
You will lead and develop a team of six Project Managers delivering a varied portfolio of technology, ERP and business change projects. Alongside successful delivery, you will improve project management capability, embed best practice and new delivery models, and strengthen governance, planning and budgeting across the team.

Working closely with business and technology stakeholders, Oracle and third-party vendors, you will oversee fast-moving projects and step into delivery when needed to resolve issues and maintain momentum. Strong ERP experience is important, with Oracle Fusion Cloud and/or R12 highly desirable, alongside the ability to challenge vendors, ask the right questions and identify delivery risks.

The Successful Technology Programme Manager Will Have:
- Strong programme and project delivery experience across a portfolio of concurrent technology, ERP and business change initiatives.
- Proven experience leading, mentoring and developing Project Managers, with the ability to improve team capability and delivery performance.
- Experience implementing or improving project delivery methodologies, governance, processes and ways of working.
- Strong ERP transformation experience, with Oracle Fusion Cloud and/or Oracle R12 experience highly desirable.
- Experience managing third-party technology vendors, delivery partners and complex stakeholder relationships.
- Strong interpersonal, leadership and influencing skills, with the confidence to challenge constructively and manage conflicting priorities.
