Technology Project Manager – Hospitality Systems Migration
Surrey | Hybrid – 4 days onsite
£60,000–£70,000 + benefits
9-month initial Fixed-Term Contract
I’m working with an established and highly regarded hospitality and leisure organisation that is embarking on a significant, business-critical technology transformation.
Following an extensive technology review, they are now entering the implementation phase of a major systems migration programme spanning PMS, POS, CRS, Membership, Golf, Spa, Leisure and associated platforms.
We are looking for an experienced Technology Project Manager to take ownership of the end-to-end delivery of this programme.
This is not simply an IT implementation role. You’ll be working across multiple operational areas, coordinating internal stakeholders and technology vendors to ensure the new ecosystem is successfully implemented without compromising day-to-day operations or the customer experience.
The Role
You will take ownership of the overall programme plan and coordinate multiple parallel workstreams from implementation through to go-live and stabilisation.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Key responsibilities will include:
- Owning and maintaining the master programme plan across multiple hospitality technology workstreams.
- Managing multiple third-party technology vendors and holding suppliers accountable for delivery and milestones.
- Coordinating system integrations and interface testing.
- Overseeing complex legacy data migration, cleansing and validation.
- Managing risks, issues, dependencies and programme governance.
- Working closely with operational stakeholders across Hotel, Golf, Spa, Leisure, Membership, Finance, F&B, Marketing and Events.

- Managing the post-launch hypercare and stabilisation period.
- Providing clear programme reporting to senior leadership.
What We're Looking For

We are particularly interested in candidates with experience across:
- Property Management Systems (PMS) – ideally platforms such as Agilysys Versa, Shiji Daylight, Opera Cloud, Mews or similar.
- Hospitality Point of Sale (POS) environments.
- Spa and/or leisure management technology.
- CRS, Channel Management and hotel distribution connectivity.
- Complex data migration from legacy platforms.
- Systems integration and interface testing.
- Managing multiple technology vendors simultaneously.
Experience with Golf Management, Membership Management, payment integrations, access control or multi-site hospitality environments would be particularly useful.
Above all, we need someone who is comfortable operating in a live hospitality environment. You’ll need to be highly organised, pragmatic and confident enough to challenge vendors and senior stakeholders while remaining credible with operational teams.
This is a hands-on Project Manager role where you will be expected to drive the programme forward, solve problems and take genuine ownership of delivery.
