As we continue our growth journey, we're investing heavily in our systems, technology, processes, and people. We're looking for a Technical Project Manager who can help drive this evolution by leading strategic projects across the business and ensuring teams are aligned, engaged, and focused on delivery.
This role offers a unique opportunity to work directly with our CEO and senior leadership team, influencing business-wide initiatives and helping shape the future direction of the company.

Our Ideal Candidate
We're looking for someone who doesn't just manage projects but actively drives them forward. You'll be commercially aware, proactive in your approach, and comfortable challenging the status quo to improve how we work.
You will have experience coordinating multiple projects simultaneously and working with senior managers, external partners, and wider teams to ensure projects stay on track. You'll be confident communicating progress, managing timelines, and keeping key stakeholders informed throughout the project lifecycle. Most importantly, you'll bring energy, accountability, and a genuine desire to help Impulse Decisions continue to grow and evolve.

Desirable Experience:
- Previous experience as a Technical Project Manager, Digital Project Manager, or similar role.
- Experience working with HubSpot CRM.
- Knowledge of email automation and sequencing.
- Experience managing website, CRM, digital transformation, or business systems projects.
- Understanding of AI tools and how they can be used to improve business processes and productivity.
- Experience coordinating third-party suppliers, designers, agencies, or developers.
