Technology Project Manager
We're looking for a Technology Project Manager to join our Operational Technology team.
Location: Nationwide - travel to your local office as required with remote working available
Hours: Permanent Fulltime - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us
Salary: £55,000 - £62,000 per year + £6,700 annual car allowance + private healthcare + benefits

As a Technology Project Manager, you'll play a vital role in supporting our team with the planning, delivery, and commissioning of highways technology equipment. You'll work collaboratively across projects of varying scale, applying your technical expertise to ensure installations meet the highest standards. What will you be responsible for?
As a Technology Project Manager, You'll Be Working Within The Operational Technology Team, Supporting Them In Delivering Technology Installations Across Highways Projects. Your Day To Day Will Include

- Managing the planning, delivery, testing, and commissioning of highways technology equipment in line with agreed designs
- Coordinating with specialist supply chains and providing technical expertise throughout scheme delivery
- Reviewing and preparing technical reports, drawings, and specifications to support project requirements
- Overseeing project budgets, risk management and providing regular progress updates to stakeholders
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety requirements and promoting best practice across the team
What are we looking for?
This role of Technology Project Manager is great for you if:
- You have a degree or equivalent in a technology-focused engineering discipline or demonstrable experience in highways and operational technology
- You bring proven project management experience in highway technology projects
- You have strong knowledge of highways technology assets including ITS, SCADA, CCTV, Detector Systems, VMS, Signals and road traffic signals
- You're self-motivated with excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively while taking ownership of your work
- You hold a full driving licence as site visits will be required
