Company Introduction
At The Travel Corporation (TTC), we create enriching travel experiences by combining exceptional service, quality, and value across our award-winning brands. With over 100 years in the travel industry and guests in 70 countries, we are driven by service, with passion, people, and purpose at the heart of everything we do.
The Role
TTC Tech is looking for a Technology Project Manager to lead complex, customer-facing digital and commerce change across our travel brands. The initial focus is on the Create an Account and logged-in experience, alongside Build a Trip, giving guests the ability to shape and save a more tailored trip before booking.
This work touches the full digital journey, from customer identity and product availability through to pricing, basket, booking, and payments, and will be shaped alongside brand, product, and technology teams, taking account of dependencies on Salesforce, Tropics, Omnichannel, and the emerging Order Management System (OMS) programme.
Reporting to the Head of PMO, you will work closely with stakeholders, product owners, technology teams, and external partners, turning an evolving brief into clear decisions, an integrated delivery plan, and controlled execution from definition through to launch and adoption.
As priorities evolve, this role may move to support other customer-facing technology initiatives. Any change of assignment will be agreed explicitly; this is not a role that expects you to run multiple major programmes at once.
We are looking for a hands-on project manager who can navigate a matrix organization, explain complex software dependencies in plain language, influence senior stakeholders, and deliver business outcomes through strong planning, governance, and team leadership.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
