Recruitment Consultant β Technology
π London (Hybrid) | Competitive Base + Uncapped Commission + Incentives
Recruitment without the BD headache.
Hunter Bond is looking for an experienced delivery-focused recruiter to join our Technology team. We're looking for someone with 6+ months of agency recruitment experience who enjoys sourcing, headhunting and building relationships with candidates, but doesn't want to spend their day cold-calling businesses or chasing new clients.
π» The Technology Desk
You'll be working across a specialist technology market, recruiting for roles within areas such as:
- Software Engineering
- DevOps & Cloud
- Cybersecurity
- Data & AI
- Infrastructure
- Architecture
- IT & Technology Leadership
You'll work with existing clients across financial services, fintech, hedge funds, trading firms and specialist technology businesses, giving you exposure to some genuinely interesting hiring projects.
π What You'll Be Doing
This is a delivery-first role, so your focus is finding and engaging the right people. You'll:
- Source and headhunt high-quality technology professionals
- Build and maintain strong candidate networks
- Screen candidates and understand their technical experience
- Manage candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Prepare candidates for interviews and support them through to offer
- Work closely with consultants and account teams on live vacancies
- Develop your knowledge of the technology market and become a specialist in your area
- Build long-term relationships with candidates and become their go-to recruiter

We're looking for someone who already understands recruitment and wants to take their delivery skills to the next level.
You'll have:
- 6+ months' agency recruitment experience
- Strong sourcing and headhunting skills
- Experience screening and engaging candidates
- Excellent communication skills
- A genuine interest in technology
- The ability to work towards targets and stay motivated
- A proactive, organised approach
- The ambition to develop within a specialist recruitment business
