Senior/Principal Technology Recruiter
Altrincham | Hybrid (2 Days Onsite)
At Experis, we are more than a traditional recruitment business.
We operate as a Technology and Talent Solutions Partner, helping organisations solve complex capability challenges across Cloud, Cyber, Data, Business Change & Transformation, and Enterprise Technology.
This role sits within one of our Strategic Accounts delivery teams, supporting a global consultancy client where scale, credibility and delivery excellence genuinely matter.
The opportunity
This is a delivery‑first role, built for experienced recruiters who want impact without sales distraction.
You’ll operate within an established Strategic Account framework, stepping into a live, high‑volume environment with consistent demand, senior stakeholder access and clear delivery expectations.
There is no business development, desk‑building or client acquisition.
Your value comes from execution, judgement and delivery influence.
You will:
- Deliver end‑to‑end recruitment across a range of technology roles, from mid‑level to senior positions.
- Manage high volumes with pace, accuracy and control
- Build and maintain high‑quality candidate pipelines
- Influence hiring outcomes through market insight and delivery credibility
- Operate autonomously within agreed processes, SLAs and frameworks

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
